Kei2U has a 24hr cancellation policy. If you cancel after the 24hr mark you will be charged 50% the service price. If there is a no call no show you will be charged 100%. if you only paid half upfront for the no call no show you must pay the remaining balance before you can reschedule your next session.Groupons will result in the Groupon being redeemed and you will have to purchase another.Failure to pay the remaining balance for a missed session will result in being blocked from scheduling your own appointments on-line. Once that happens you must pay for all appointments upfront in full before being added to the schedule. If you are 20 minutes or more late for your appointment it will be canceled minus your deposit. Please reach out if you are running late via call and/or text. My goal is to see everyone for their scheduled appointment but if you need to send someone in your place that is perfectly fine as long as they arrive 5 to 10 minutes to fill out a form. All invoices sent out must be paid in full the day before your appointment to avoid cancellation. I undesirable some things come up just keep the lines of communication open and we won't have any issues. Looking forward to meeting each and helping each and every one of you feel better
